En este vídeo podéis ver como pasar a estilo indirecto:

1) REQUESTS (peticiones)

Se hace con TO + IF

Open the door, please  / He asked me to open the door

2) ORDERS (órdenes)

Se hace con TO+ INF   o si la orden es negativa con NOT TO + INF

3) QUESTIONS (PREGUNTAS)

A) YES/NO QUESTIONS ( He asked me / he wanted to know IF ....)

B) PREGUNTAS QUE COMIENZAN POR UN PRONOMBRE INTERROGATIVO

Esta es la forma:

Direct: What time does the train leave?
Indirect: A lady asked me what time the train left

*** Al pasar estilo indirecto las preguntas ya no se altera el orden de auxiliar, sujeto, verbo SINO que ponemos el interrogativo, sujeto, verbo en el tiempo al que pasa en estilo indirecto y el resto de la oración.
